A new range of binding systems for home and office use
RILEMATIC wire are mode of special steel coated by white nylon or,
if required: Black red, Blue, Green, yellow and Brown.
They are also available in bright steel tinned (brilux).
The RILEMATIC wires are available continuous in reels, or cut-to-sizes. All the types and specification of out RILEMATIC wire are described in the table

R - 422

The R - 422 machine has been designed for semiautomatic binding for book with considerable thickness. In fact, operates from spools of RILEMATIC Binding Wire of any diameter between 5/16" and 1".
The Production speed can be over 1,500 books per hour, depending on operator's skill and on material used.

R - 622

Binds pre-punched calendars or books from 1/4" (3:1") up to 1"(2:1")(check table). Maximum binding length: 600 mm. Skip binding up to 5 pieces, different number of loops if required. Dedicated profiled binding tools for each diameter. Semiautomatic
 feeder for hanger from 100 up to 300 mm.
